so this girl i have talking to for 4 months,she tells me she is interested in me but she has blocked my number but she is still replying to my texts on whatsapp.what does that mean?

This is an easy one. It's because she already has a bf. He must've busted her talking to you on her cell so she had to block your number to keep up appearances. Whatsapp is like a side entrance so she can keep talking to you behind his back. Which could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on what you're looking for.
